Advocacy Physical Exercise

Why we are here......

Right. First things first. Joined Over the Hill program yesterday, which is a 16 week exercise program looking at a range of activities to help me achieve a physical exercise goal. In my case to complete the 5k Seaside Run. Yesterday we went to Royden Park and did a 4 mile walk. Not been out in the open like that in 2 years. Was excellent, had a brilliant time. Going to do a walk next week.

Been going to the cinema, but there hasn't been any films on at the right time so not seen one for about a month. Still looking to go though.

Got down to Bridges, but it didn't work out. Didn't make it to one of the lessons and just didn't feel like going back. Wasn't really that interesting. Possibilty I might go back to it though, so see what happens. Went to the computer course, but wasn't really for me. See what happens from there. They were very nice though.

Not bothered with my alcohol diary. Just didn't see the point. Had a few cans a day after the stuff with Bridges, but was ok for the other days. Not all bad. Should be able to work on that. Still going to the gym. Seeing Vicky every month. Saw her 2 weeks ago. Bloody pressure is down and lost another 1lb. Excellent news.
